On Monday August 31, 2020, Stratagem hired our 50th employee.
Stratagem is excited to announce that we have joined the ~3% of US companies who have reached 50 employees! While growing the business is exciting, our primary goal continues to be — chase good people and good work, while having fun doing it.
Stratagem’s business model is built around enabling current employee’s abilities, while targeting key mission opportunities to ensure individual technical growth and new opportunities. When our CEO Jason Putnam says, “I want this to be the last company you work for!”, he really means it. We act on that expectation to ensure that everyone who wants to be at Stratagem, stays at Stratagem.
Our steady and stable growth has been very intentional. We want to simultaneously improve our technical abilities and offerings, create expanding opportunities for individual and team growth, all while not losing our small company values and culture. To keep Stratagem a place that people want to be a part of, we cannot lose sight of who we are.
Hitting this key milestone requires an extremely high level of effort and energy from every Stratagem employee. Without each of them, we would not be successful. Delivering on our promises, both to our customers and each other, has allowed us to reach this level, and is the foundation on which we will continue to grow moving forward.
