Proposal Manager
Description
This position is for a Proposal Manager in either King of Prussia, PA or Aurora, CO. You will be responsible for leading and organizing the proposal process from the earliest stages (Request for Proposal and/or Rough Order of Magnitude request) to final contract award. This role includes coordinating, leading, and effective collaboration across multiple business areas and functions, as well as customer interfaces as part of working groups and program reviews.

Salary Information
The annual salary range for this role is $115,000 – $174,000; however, Stratagem considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.

As a Proposal Manager your responsibilities include:
- Processing, categorizing, and tracking of all Request for Proposal (RFP) and/or Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) requests
- Organize / lead / document proposal kick-off activities
- Ensure all submitted proposals are compliant
- Lead / assist in proposal color team review prep and outbriefs
- Interface between Program and Estimating on elements of cost
- Assist in Basis of Estimate (BOE) creation and reviews
Required Skills
- Cumulative experience related to government program execution, capture management, and/or proposal and pricing activities
- Experience with Proposal Compliance
- Reviewing, organizing, and editing written documentation to improve clarity
- Gathering and researching information to include in proposals, including resumes and project summaries
- Participate and lead the Color Team Review process
- Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations and IC/DoD acquisition processes
- Generate proposal schedules that are detailed and realistic to deconflict multiple concurrent pursuits
Desired Skills (bonus points)
- Verifying complex technical solutions, strategies and themes are easily understandable, readable and compelling
- Combining input from various sources to create an aesthetically pleasing document with a single voice that flows and provides a logical progression through the topic
- Understanding and knowledge about the software solutions provided by the NRO, Space Force and AFRL
- Experience supporting pursuits that leverage create cutting edge software and AI-based solutions to solve complex IC and DoD problems?
