Being the son of a man who served and was injured in 2 tours in Vietnam, it echoes why we do what we do.

Jeff Lewallen, CEO and founder of Stratagem, has thirteen years of successful Engineering, Business and Program Management in both the commercial and Government space. He has leveraged this experience of these diversified markets to formulate a sustainable business plan that meets the evolving needs of the customer, providing a steady revenue stream, and creating a flourishing environment for Stratagem employees. He is a proven leader of technically and culturally complex programs, specializing in cutting edge concepts and integration operations. He excels at building highly technical and complex analytical and engineering systems by utilizing and growing diverse, complete, and ultimately successful teams.
Josh Painter, Vice-President of Operations, a disabled veteran, brings over 20 years of combined military and DoD experience to the success of Stratagem. His experience includes specialized information systems delivery, design and maintenance, personnel and operational management, intelligence analysis, and operational time-sensitive reporting. Mr. Painter is responsible for utilizing his mission operational experience, management skills, and innovative nature to the system engineering, delivery, and integration spectrum under the customers' umbrella. He has diverse experience in most every aspect of the project lifecycle, from inception, deployment, to operational maintenance, and works very closely with customers to ensure project successes.
Tracey Engelmann, Vice President Business Operations, is an experienced professional with over 20 years in the realm of IT, business development, management and talent acquisition. She has extensive understanding of Government acquisition and RFP processes. Her positive attitude and negotiating skills create a mix that enables even the most challenging situations to result in a win for the customer and the contractor. Innovation is a core competency of Ms. Engelmann as she embraces and seeks out emerging technologies for the both the betterment of the customer but also the business aspect of the company.
